Classes

CrossFit

Workout of the Day. This is a 45-60 minute Coach-lead class consisting of Warm Up, Strength or skill portion and Conditioning element that often includes Weights, cardio and bodyweight movements.

Metcon/Engine

Metcon/Engine Class. No heavy weighted elements, just one or two gassy workouts designed to give your metabolism a smash. Suitable for beginners.

Small Group Private Training

Small group Personal Training. Limited to 6 people per class. Pre-planned and tailored sessions designed to improve strength, fitness and improve body composition. Nutritional advice and regular progress check ins included. A cost effective way to get semi private coaching.

Gymnastics

Aimed at beginner’s, gymnastic strength class will work on the basic pulling, pushing, hollow and arch work required to improve the gymnastic movements commonly found in crossfit. The syllabus will cover handstands and vatiations, pull ups, muscle ups, levers and all of their progressions.

CrossFit Kids

Fun, functional fitness class for 7-11 year olds run by a fully qualified & DBS checked coach.

Hyrox Training

For those looking to improve their aerobic capacity or those who compete in Hyrox competitions. This class is a perfect combination of cardio, bodyweight & lighter weighted movements all designed to improve fitness and prepare you for any Hyrox type events you might have lined up.
